Harvey has 40 years industry experience. He served as the Managing Director, and the President for a major E&C firm in Europe and USA.
During his tenure in Europe, the office grew from one hundred personnel to over five hundred and was profitable continually. The European office executed repeat projects for SABIC Innovative Plastics/GE Plastics, Dupont, Saudi Aramco, American Cyanamid, Monsanto, BP Amoco, Polyolefins, ICI, and others.
In the USA, Harvey was responsible for all USA Operations. This included operations in Connecticut, New Jersey, West Virginia, Indiana, Kentucky, Illinois, Texas, and Oklahoma.
Harvey has an MBA from Columbia University, and a B.S. and a M.S. in Chemical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
Frank has 30+ years industry experience. He served as the Corporate Vice President for a major global E&C firm, and served two terms as Chairman of International Cost Engineering Council.
As corporate vice president, his responsibilities include: Advising the company’s CEO on pricing levels for proposals of all Global entities; Functional responsibility for Project Controls, including procedures, applications and execution issues for all global entities; Negotiations with customers, Auditing forecasts on projects for the various entities; Leading the development of standard worldwide reports and work procedures.
Frank is a result oriented project controls professional in producing reliable and competitive estimates for all ranges of projects, including large EPC turnkey projects and forecasting results on projects. He has recent experience with world scale Petrochemicals and Polymers, Refineries, LNG Liquification and Gasification in various parts of the world.
Frank has a B.S. in Civil Engineering from HTS Amsterdam.
Bill has 30+ years industry experience in Project Management, Engineering, Construction, and Operations for upstream, downstream and petrochemical, chemical, polymer projects.
He served as Manager of Projects for a major E&C firm. Project experience covers from concept development through start-up and commissioning, for lump sum and reimbursable contracts.
He is well versed in Scope Definition (facilities and services), Estimate Development Management (various classes), Bidder Qualification, RFP/RFQ Development and Evaluation, Project Execution (Planning and Management), Contracting and Procurement Plan Development, and Contractor and Vendor Management. Repeatedly, Bill's expertise in project execution has brought benefits to customers in the forms of: Shorter Schedules; Reduced Total Installed Cost; Reduced Risks; Improved Customer Satisfaction.
Bill has an MBA from Cranfield School of Management and a B.S. Chemical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology
Robert has over 35 years of experience in Technology Development, and Engineering Management.
He served as Vice President and Process Director for a major E&C firm. He coordinated and supervised all polymer related projects, executed major capital projects and managed programs for multi-projects complexes. He also served as global technical specialist for polymer and was heavily involved in supporting business development. He has directly managed and performed front-end design and detailed engineering on a wide variety of projects for numerous industrial clients. Projects included grass roots facilities, facility revamps and expansions, pilot plants, and facility modernizations for the chemical, petrochemical, specialty plastics, and refining industries.
Robert has a M.S. Chemical Engineering from Rice University, and a B.S. Chemical Engineering from National Cheng-Kung University.
Larry has over 26 years of Direct Hire and CM construction experience.
Larry served as Vice President 0f Construction for a major E&C firm, specializing in business development, proposal management, planning, scheduling, contract administration, procurement and coordinating construction activities in compliance with OSHA, ASME and EEOC rules and regulations. His experience also includes instructing personnel in operating and inspecting construction equipment, cost and personnel management, and technical consultation. Larry also has construction management experience with Canadian/South American /Middle Eastern EPC Projects requiring compliance with federal, state and local regulations.
He emphasizes an incident-free work environment for site personnel and considers the safety and needs of employees to be first priorities. He practices informed decision-making and implements positive reinforcement measures on projects to increase employees’ initiative for continuous improvement.
Larry has a Design and Development degree from Sam Houston State University, and has Contractors Licenses in Florida, Louisiana, Georgia, Tennessee, South Carolina, and Arkansas.
Henry has 30+ years industry experience in sales, technology management, process management, operations for oil and gas, petrochemical, chemical, and polymer.
He served as Director for Business Development for a major E&C firm with emphasis in petrochemical and polymer projects in the USA and the Far East. He has an extensive client listing in Asia and the USA with a proven sales record.
Henry has an MBA from University of Houston, and a B.S. Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University.
Leo has 30+ years of Engineering and Management experience.
He served as Process Manager for a major E&C firm. For the last 18 years, Leo has successfully lead many projects below budget and ahead of schedule. The areas of expertise include studies, process design, detailed engineering, cost estimating, and bid package preparation. He has performed a variety of projects for the chemical, petrochemical, polymer, oil and gas, and refining industries.
Leo has a M.S. Chemical Engineering from University of The Philippines, and a B.S. Chemical Engineering from Mapua Institute of Technology.
Cheney has 27 years of industrial design experience and served as department manager of a major E&C firm for nearly 20 years. In addition to management, Cheney is well verses in manhour estimating for all project P&IDs, UFDs, PFDs and F&S utilizing computer aided design such as; AutoCAD Ver. 2000 – 2016, Micro-Station SE & V8, Smart Plant, Vantage P&ID, Universal Flow, PDS-2D, Flex CAD, Vantage P&ID, Rebis, proficient in Microsoft, and computer literate. Work extremely well with colleagues on daily basis to ensure high quality of drawings and staying within estimated hours.
Cheney has a B.S., Mechanical Drafting & Design Engineering from S.E. Oklahoma State University.
C.T. Teng has 30+ years of IT experience with a super major oil company. With the rapid evolution of IT technologies, and the quick adoption of the latest technologies by the energy industry, C.T. has led many state of the art projects.
Some of the latest projects includes: real time system design and application; operating system migration and customization; data base customization and support; and global ERP implementations.
Through self-improvement, and continuous education, C.T. has been keeping pace with the explosive growth in IT technologies. His career started with world fastest super computers, and is working in the IoT and the Cloud now.
C.T. Teng has BS and MS degrees in Computer Science from National Chiao Tung University and Texas A&M University.
Chap Wong has over thirty five yers of experience with a major integrated oil and gas company in supporting upstream technical computing. He worked in the emerging technology team for more than 10 years, helping bring new IT technology to upstream computing. Chap has been involved in architecting some of the largest upstream cluster since 1002.
Chap graduated from National Taiwan University with a degree in E.E and a masters degree in Computing Scient from TAMU.
Betsey has 20+ years experience in consulting various industries in Intellectual Property (IP) management.
Utilizing in house proprietary software to assist senior management in segmentation of IP portfolio to determine best technology investment strategy.
